Test Case Reports

This section contains two sub-sub-modules: Test Case report and Test Execution Report

Test Case report

Overview

The Test Case Report provides valuable insights into the test cases created and their current status, enabling teams to monitor progress, identify gaps, and ensure test coverage.

To access Test Case Report, navigate to: Side Bar Menu > Reports > Test Case Reports > Test Case

Key Features and Fields

The Test Case Report allows users to create customized reports with key information such as:

• Build

• Module

• Requirement Title

• Test Case Status

• Test Case type

• Assigned to

• From date

• To date

Report Customization Options

To customize your report, apply filters from the left panel based on your requirements. In the right panel, utilize the extended search option to select the columns you want to include by checking the corresponding checkboxes; note that the Test Case ID is selected by default. The left panel defaults to "All," but you can change this selection using the dropdown menu to narrow down your results as needed.

Generate a Test Case Report:

1. Open “Reports” module from the sidebar menu and Go to the "Test Case Report" section.

2. Apply the desired filters using the left panel.

3. Use the extended search on the right panel to select the columns you want in the report.

4. Click the Generate Report button.

5. The report will be generated based on the selected parameters and filters.

6. Download Defect report to XLSX or CSV formats.

Template Features:

Save as Template:

• After configuring your filters and selected fields, you can save the configuration as a reusable template.

• This feature saves time for recurring reports with similar criteria.

Saved Template:

• The Saved Templates feature allows users to quickly access and reuse previously configured report settings, saving time and ensuring consistency in recurring reports.

• View a list of all previously saved templates for various reports.

• You can search for any report and View, delete, or bulk delete saved templates as needed.

Test Execution Report

Overview

The Test Execution Report provides insights into the execution of test cases, enabling teams to monitor performance, identify execution gaps, and assess test coverage efficiency.

Key Features and Fields

Within the Test Execution Report, you can generate customized reports using the following key fields:

• Build

• Requirement title

• Cycle

• Executed status

• Execution type

• Assigned to

• Tested by

• From date (Test case Created)

• To date (Test case Created)

• From date (Test case Executed)

• To date (Test case Executed)

Report Customization Options

2. Select Test Execution Report then system will navigate to "Test Execution Report" section.

3. Apply necessary filters using the left panel.

4. Use the right panel to select additional columns via the extended search.

5. Click the Generate Report button.

6. A report will be generated based on your selected filters and parameters.

7. Download Defect report to XLSX or CSV.
