Schedule Reports
Overview
The Scheduling feature enables users to automate the generation of reports at defined intervals, ensuring timely access to updated data without manual effort.
To access Schedule Report, go to: Reports > Schedule Report
Key Features
Automated Report Generation: Set up reports to run automatically on a daily, weekly, or custom schedule.
Easy Management: View, monitor, and manage all scheduled reports from a centralized list.
Search: Use the Search bar to quickly locate specific reports by name or keyword. This helps you efficiently find and access the reports you need without navigating through the full list.
Delete: Discontinue any scheduled report at any time by deleting it from the list.

Create a Scheduled Report:
Select Reports module from side bar menu and Go to "Schedule Report" section.
+ Create: Click on + Create button to create a schedule report (depending on UI label).
Fill in the form:
Set the frequency (e.g., daily, weekly) and define parameters such as report type, select saved template, Time zone, Assign To (Share with) and Report format.
Submit: Click on “Submit” button to save the schedule report. The report will now be automatically generated and delivered according to the set configuration.
Cancel: Use Cancel to exit without saving.
Go Back: Use the Go Back button to return to the previous screen.

Note: Use the list view to monitor or delete scheduled reports as needed.
