Personal API Token
To securely execute automation scripts within Froth TestOps, users are required to generate and configure a Personal API Token (PAT). This token ensures secure API communication and is mandatory for all automation operations.
How to Configure a Personal Access Token
Navigate to the User Settings:
Go to the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Click on your profile and select "User Settings".

Generate a New Token:
Under the Access Tokens section, click on "Create".
Provide a name and choose the token's expiration period:
30 Days
60 Days
90 Days
Custom Expiry (up to a maximum of 2 years)

Save the Token :
For security reasons, the token will not be visible.
Each user can create only one active token at a time, which will automatically expire based on the selected duration—30, 60, 90 days, or a custom period up to a maximum of two years. Users can regenerate or revoke the token at any time from the User Settings panel, ensuring secure and controlled access.
